Great customer service. My room was really spacious nd pillows and bed soft and so comfortable. Breakfast Buffett was delicious, they have a variety of food to choose from. Panama restaurant just across the street and next door they have a ???? hut. I highly recommend Holliday inn.

I love this hotel. Panama is right across the street, the location is excellent.
Friendly staff, clean, sanitized to the nth.

My room was not ready as advertised. Had to wait over 1 hour at the lobby, staff not helpful or mindful of the situation. They seem to not care. I had never experienced anything like this in any other hotel

Our overnight stay here was very pleasant, comfortable, and quiet thanks to the quality of mattress, sheets, towels, overall cleanliness, decor and super quiet air conditioning which kept our room at the perfect temperature for sleeping. All staff we encountered were cheerful and very helpful from car parking, check in to checkout and breakfast. We really appreciated that there was no TV noise at breakfast or unpleasantly loud music at the desk area. We would certainly recommend a stay here.

Nice front desk receptionist and I believe I’ve stayed here about 12 days over several stays when visiting culiacan Sinaloa Mexico and we’ve always have been treated very well this hotel and the rooms are always in tip-top shape and located perfectly with a pretty good restaurant (Panama restaurant) across from the hotel and many others in the area with an uber ride and the hotel has directed us to some great taco shops just ask
