Fiesta Inn Culiacán

This is my first stay at this hotel, as far as Fiesta Inn's go this is actually quite a decent property. The shower and A/C ACTUALLY WORK ????????????????????????. For a surprise, and quite a big one within this hotel chain, the bedroom was sparkling clean.
I'm not giving it a better rating because there's still no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom and it's rather noisy if you get a bedroom facing the entrance.
Service is good.

The heater in the room (212) didn’t work. The installations are run down, needs much needed maintenance, the elevators are old. The telephone in our room was outdated and broken and took a while for the call to go out to the lobby. The lobby didn’t pick up and they didn’t return our call to see what we needed. There was only two towels for a room meant for 4 adults. It’s also next to a mall and to gain access to the hotel you have to enter the mall parking lot also traffic in the mall’s parking lot is f$u0026%*#@ atrocious.

For the price I’d expect a lot more and a lot nicer.

It is not worth it AT ALL.

The only saving grace and I use that very loosely is that it’s centric.

I would find another hotel and avoid this one like the plague.

Also breakfast is NOT included, it’s decent but too expensive ($235 MXN per person) for such a limited amount of options. I will NEVER, NEVER stay in fiesta inn again for as long as I live.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice. Their breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices and is really good. It has Mexican food as well as American breakfast classics like sausages and waffles. Located right next to a mall and walking distance from a Ley supermarket which comes in handy for buying snacks.

The hotel is in excellents conditions and all the workers there were very careful with sanitization and all of that. Let me tell you something everybody at the hotel were very polite and professionals. The room was clean and smell always good. The only thing that I would like to say to Posadas Mexico is that the elevator is not clean, it looks old and ugly and in floor 6 there is a hole in the ceiling made because a humidity and that shows a bad image of the hotel.
The pool is great, clean and they are looking at you if you need something.
Let me tell you something if you stay at the Fiesta Inn Culiacán ask in front desk for Alicia Garcia is a great person and always its ready to served you.
The hotel has a great location because is at the best mall in Culiacán.
For me was the best hotel in Culiacán to rest, and to do everything I need to do.

Nice place. Great amenities and a great staff. The only thing I thought was negative was the bed and the AC didn’t function correctly. Luckily it wasn’t summer time.
The bed was to stiff for my likings.
I would book again.

I had a great stay at this classy and centrally located hotel in central Culiacan. The staff spoke some English too and, even though I'm fluent in Spanish, they always tried to welcome me in English. Great food, comfortable beds, quiet modern rooms. The popular Forum Plaza is next door. I look forward to returning.

Very clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and you have your breakfast included which is a buffet with a variety of options. Also you have a small mall just in the front.
The WiFi is fast and you never loose connection.
