Hace 2 dias , paso algo que se me hizo raro en sucursal Dq barrancos, la persona que me atendio alas 9:36 a 9:40 aprox en servicio en su auto me dijo q ya solo me vendian de 3 tipos de productos que porque ya apartir de las 9:30 solo vendian eso porque cerraban alas 10:00pm ???? me parecio extraño porque no me habia tocado esa situación en alguna otra sucursal asi q llame por telefono a la suc. De ciudades hermanas para verificar esa nueva regla y para mi sorpresa, fue que no era cierta asi q me comunicaron con el encargado de sucursal para decirme q me deberian de atender y si el les llamo y me atendieron como debía de ser, la verdad le dieron solicion de inmediato hasta 10 min después me atendio tambien un supervisor para checar mi queja y me dijo q efectivamente entraba dentro del horario de atención y no debieron de negarme el servicio de otros productos, asi q agradesco al gerente de ciudades hermanas Dq y a supervisor ????????por realmente hacer un buen trabajo y darle seguimiento a mi queja. Solo espero q de ahora en adelante sea un mejor servicio en barrancos
