I've been there about 4 times now. The food is good but a bit pricey in my opinion. I tried a number of beers and all have been good. The staff have been friendly and attentive. On my last visit, I was surprised when our waiter said they had two different beers from Stone on tap. Being from San Diego, I felt right at home. Looking forward to returning in late February for my birthday celebration at El Back Rock Bar.

This is a stylish and inviting brewery that is similar to those commonly found in Seattle and Portland. I would have to say that the food is better than the beer, not that the beer is bad however it's just not the best beer buy craft beer standards, in my opinion. While the beer is good and has a high quality taste it's just different enough from American craft beer to define itself differently and be appreciated for what it is rather than what it is not. You will not find a lot of hoppy beer here as the average IBU count is around 24, the lone exception being a 70 IBU IPA. This place is clean and air-conditioned, and has very friendly staff. The service was good and the food was very interesting and different enough to take note. they did not speak English but we're willing to put on the futbol game for me and talk about beer as much as I wanted. Seafood is a specialty there and they are renowned for it. They also gave me a tour of the small but clean and efficient brewery.
