Italian themed restaurant in the Tres Rios area of Culiacán, it was totally empty when we went, so not much of an environment or good impression. The waiter told us the wine we ordered gets order once a year. Food was OK, nothing to write home about. I walked by several times the following days and it was always empty. Weird.
