The hotel and service was overall good but things in the room were not complete and there seems to be little concern that it is not right. The front desk will try to fix it but it is still anoying to have to call on the issue and wait response taking personal time when the people reponsible to make the room right don't do it.

On most of the days when i got my room cleaned there was somthing missing and no plan to address it.
1) The most important day when I had an early computor meeting there was no regular coffee. They only left decaf. 2) Another day they took the partial bottles of shampoo i had and left none.
3) Another day there were no coffee condiments.
4) Each day there are less towels. On the first day had everything on the last day 1/2 were missing.

One other thing, the hallways by elevators were filthy dirty and there were dirty spots in my room.

The staff was very friendly and
professional, specially the staff in the breakfast area, super dooper nice!!!

Very nice anesthetic. Modern, clean, and comfortable. The linens are nice and soft. The towels were soft. The bed was comfy. Slept great. I loved that I could control the temperature in our room.i liked the soap , didn't leave the skin feeling dry like other soap. Good lotion. The only issue I had was the coffee maker. I wanted to have some hot coffee with a pastry I bought. The coffee maker was dusty INSIDE and outside. The staff is great. The parking attendant was very helpful accommodating our huge truck that was super loaded with things to take to family in Mexico. It felt safe to leave our truck. It was the main reason for staying at this hotel.

Check in was easy and rooms were quite nice. I was on the 8th floor which I understand is new and I had no hot water at all for the entire stay. I asked about it once and was told to let the water run but I barely got warm. Didn't ask again about it. Outside of the second elevator breaking down the last day of my trip everything else was fine. Good location with a number of very good restaurants/food options within short walking distance. Rooms are modern and beds are very comfortable.

I always take the time to do a review to say Thank you!. Thank you for exceeding my expectations at every opportunity on this recent stay. I wasn't sure I was going to stop here on my trip through Mexico. I was driving from my home in Jalisco to my home in AZ and I usually stop elsewhere. I am so glad I changed my driving schedule to stop here instead of Los Mochis or Navajoa. The service at this facility is top notch and the employees are definitely on page with the vision of the company. Although I didnt meet this person, whomever is the manager here, they should be commended. There is a cohesiveness to the whole staff that can only be achieved through excellent management. As an IHG member, I can say this facility lives and breathes your brand and takes care of their customers...you can't fake caring. I will stay again whenever I travel through. Saludos!

I spent at the hotel three weeks, i can say that my stay was really pleasant.
The location is nice, on the main road that goes trough Ciudad Obregon and near to a lot of shops and restaurants.
The rooms are large and comfortable.
The breakfast was included and there is a nice variey of choices.
There isn't a restaurant inside of the hotel, but, it is possible to use the room service by calling to the Santo filete restaurant that it is immediately outside of the hotel.
The wi-fi connection was fine and i didn't have any problem while working or while watching some movie in streaming.
It is nice the availability of a coffee machine and of some bags of coffee and tea that are provided free by the hotel every time you want one.
I used also the free shuttle service to the airport that it is a great perk , specially if your flight, like mine, was very early in the morning.
One thing that would make the stay perfect on this hotel would be the availability of a little fridge inside of the rooms.
