OMG so so disappointed with our stay this time!! I reserved 4 rooms 2 and a half months in advance. The rooms I reserved showed availability at the time I made the reservation. When we got there did our check in and went to see our rooms, two of the rooms that were supposed to be king suites were changed to queens with the kitchen but were not informed of the change at all. They should have said so when we checked in, but of course they waited for us to pay. We go to the office to complain and they said there was not a king available so they changed it but charged the same supposedly because that room was more expensive. I explained that I didn't care about the kitchen, I wanted the comfort of a king bed to be able to rest. They didn't give us any discount or even tried to accommodate us in another room. Then one of the other rooms the bathroom smelled liked sewer and stinked up the whole room the next day. They also changed the buffet that was included, you still get a buffet but is more limited and not at the restaurant, at a much smaller area. Now you have to pay if you want the buffet at the restaurant. That is fine but post it on their website or let you know when you make reservations so you can decide if you still want to stay or not. What bothers me is the lack of information. know it's not a 5 or 4 star hotel but before it was more maintained and they were more attentive to your needs, which is why we have always stayed there. Now it just seems like they don't care, which is probably why this time we noticed less people staying there. But then why were the rooms not available ????. Well, they lost 10 people staying there everytime we visit Juarez. DON'T STAY HERE GO ELSEWHERE.
