Highly recommended! Delicious multi-layered lasagna with huge portions. The tiramisu was more like bread pudding, so it was a bit heavy, but it was delicious, too and a must try. I will go back the next time I'm in Juarez.

I went to this restaurant twice in a month and I had a bad experience twice. I will probably not visit this place no more. I came to visit Juarez and I remember this restaurant because my aunt took me a while back and the first time the pizza was good but the service was horrible I had 3 different waiters and they forgot to gave us napkins and condiments for our pizza then we ask for sangria and it was super sweet like undrinkable sweet then we asked for another drink which was also super sweet. They took for ever also with the check. The pizza wasn't bad so we thought maybe it was just that one time so we gave it another try... The second time was worse as they kept us waiting at the door, we asked for a lemonade with no sugar and they brought it alit of sugar again. Then we order the lunch special and we ordered an appetizer as well they took for ever even though we were the only people in the place and we saw and heard around 5 people in the back, on top of all that the food was below average and the calzone was very bad. I am a strong believer in second chances, I am a great customer and I always tip 20% to my servers and this time I got very disappointed. I will recommend the palace to be more mindful of their service as they might lose other more customers like us.

Great Pizza...and was told by others their pastas are great also. the pizza I had was a large Italian sausage and mushrooms, hot pepper tasted like Chicago style pizza. And that is some of the best pizzas I have tasted. This will be my only place to order pizza in CD. Juarez for me..... I got to try out the pastas too.. Great place.

I asked for a menu to go for 25 people and they told me that they don’t have it to go, I asked them if they could make a copy and let me take it because the menu on line isn’t very clear, they declined to assist me.

Their customer service it’s already showing a lock of creativity, I would stay away from it.
