I don't like leaving negative reviews but I need to give a fair warning to those who decide to go here. Upon arriving I instantly felt a strange vibe. The females were cursing and speaking of personal issues. This was the worst nail experience I've had in the lifetime of getting my nails done. I went here only because my usual nail girl wasn't available u0026 because of the nice photos they have on their profile.(Very deceiving). Aside from taking 3 hrs to do a fill, my nails were not shaped evenly, the polish was left bubbly, not evenly coated just overall sloppy. My fingers are currently throbbing because of how bad my cuticles were cut. They offered to redo the polish but when the female was removing it with the machine she was already upset and cut me a few times yet again. Until I got up and walked out of there with unfinished nails that will need to be removed and redone elsewhere. I believe the persons working here have little to no experience.

First time went was great just paid 32 for a full set and the nails were great but getting my fill was bad the design and shape are all messed up plus it was almost 30 for a fill.

Worst service EVER!!!
I’ve been there a few times just to see and prof myself wrong, but that never happens.
The girls/lady’s always wants to do it their way not giving their costumer a choice.
I usually get my eyebrows done in a different place but since I was there and was cheaper I ended up getting them done there.
WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!
Never from the never get your brows done there (at this place/facility)
I just wanted a simply clean up and the lady arched my right brow and flatten my left brow!
I went to the one on San Lorenzo- lady Antonia.

Worst service I have ever received!!! I arrived two hours before closing time and the girls argued in front of all the clients to decide who would help me, finally after minutes of them finishing arguing one girl decided to help me. She was in a rush to leave when it was not even in closing time yet. She didn’t even take her time and was not carefull at all with what she was doing worst gel manicure I have ever received!!! While she was doing my nails she kept using ungrateful language, and started arguing with a co-worker on what she would do clean up before she left. After she was done she started with another client that wanted the gel polish removed she didn’t stay to finish what she was doing and left another girl to finish. My mother went with me as well she was wanting to get a pedicure and the girl told her she can not help her two hours before they closed. In my opinion it was plenty of time to help her but she was extremely rude I will never again return due to the awful service we received!!!

La atención del personal hacia los clientes deja mucho que desear, es triste como el personal puede hacerte tener una horrible experiencia por algo tan sencillo como la aplicación de gelish. Dejando a un lado lo técnico, que también tienen mucho que mejorar por que en una ocasión me lastimaron al limarme las uñas y me dejaron todos los dedos manchados del color que me aplique; si tuvieran mejor trato a su clientes seguro yo regresaría, pero en esta ocasión fue de tan mal gusto la última experiencia y fueron de más de groseras que no vuelvo y no recomiendo su servicio.
