I honestly barely even paid attention to the monument because we saw the "prophet of Juarez" while there. I'm not sure which church he is a part of but it was cool to see someone street preaching.

Every city should have a marker like this. Must see for picture taking. Lots of people watching throughout market place. Center of eating and shopping area.
