The wings were cold . Server didn’t even come back to check if we were okay. As a former server myself I understand if it’s super busy but the place was dead. Would not recommend this place /:

This place is 3.5 stars. The service is a hit and miss. Sometimes it's awesome, other times it's slow as molasses. The food is decent but for the price I won't complain. If you are looking for an awesome burger, there are better places than this. I've eaten several burgers from here and the meat seems not to be of high quality but all in all they are "OK" at best. I've sampled all of the desserts and hands down the carrot cake is the best for me with a cup of coffee. The coffee is also a hit and miss. When it's good, it's really strong but sometimes it tastes like it's been sitting there for hours. As for the rest of the desserts they are (again) just "OK". As for the place itself, it's very roomy and clean; a good place to take a date or groups of up to 12 people.

The wings were not to great! Like they say they weren't crispy and we asked for 2 flavors and they gave only 1 flavor.and place was hot.

Wings were cold. Waiters and waitresses all they do is sit down and talk instead of checking up on their tables. 1/10 this place.

This place is horrible. They took our drink order and they never brought my daughters drink. We were then told that they were behind and then told them about my daughters drink. The guy in charge said he would get us the drink. 40 minutes later they brought my daughters drink. After about an hour after sitting down our food was brought to the table. They had brought us two of the four orders wrong. The wings were cold and my wife's hamburger was half cooked and cold. I wont be going back to this place every again.

The food is good, they have a bar which has Heineken, Indio, and a couple others on tap. On the negative side, although they have lots of windows, the view is of an ugly parking lot. By ugly, I mean it has a couple thousand three foot-high yellow poles all around.
Worse, the service is awful. Even when the managers come by, it is usually just to irritate. I went there 8-10 times before giving up on the place. Three of those times, I sat at the bar, three times I had the one good waitress that works there. Waiting and waiting... seems to be a common experience.
