Worst experience. We booked this place because it was the only one available for the dates we needed. The wifi never worked, the staff was incredibly rude, the place is not clean and its dated. The staff literally humiliated us, yelling that if we go in the rooms with wet feet they'd report us. The restaurant staff was also rude, and the breakfast was nasty and very limited. There are a many other options in the city, this place is not worth the money.

Do not fall for this, it might be very cheap but not worth any penny for this, customer service is not the best, air conditioning does not work and they won’t to nothing to fix the problem. There are no refund for their mistakes.. NEVER AGAIN…

Almost Nobody speaks English here, if it is cold outside, then it is hard to make warm inside, because there is some gap under the entrance door and it takes all cold weather in, doesnt let your fan slow down makes it work all night with sound.
Breakfast is a lie, they tell you where to sit, they tell you what to drink, you dont have option to choose, if you are picky on food, no chance you get a breakfast. This hotel made my business as a nightmare, because you cant even complain to anybody, they simply dont understand or pretend not to understand.

. Room is fine for a coupleu0026perfect for 1 person. I feel bed was small but comfortable. Clean, has security, no loud noises, has nice pool but currently out of service due to the pandemic. Restaurant includes breakfast u0026 its one choice x day. I thought breakfast was whatever but it was free. Overall the restaurant is not good.
I was at a different location u0026called the hotel for them to get me a taxi to go back to the hotel u0026 receptionist didn't do anything but give me a number to call instead u0026 suggested to download an app to get rides.
The price is very good.
I would stay again i am contempt with the hotel ????

Front desk people are rude. Our room door doesnt even look closed, has a huge gap where the sun shines through. The water for the shower changes temperatures while showering burning me many times then getting cold. They gave my room up on night 3 while we slept at 2am someone was opening our door!!! Thankfully I heard it and yelled out! How could u give up a room that is currently in use and PAID FOR??! They dont change the bed covers just make the bed for you; mind u i have been here for more than 4 nights and we still have the same dirty sheets that need changed. Horrible experience so far. Wish there was an option for zero stars!

A little rough around the edges but. the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Good value for the price. Downside picture quality on television programs leave a lot to desire and bed mattress is too soft my liking but the mattress is of good quantity. I would stay again.

I reserved the acom but came 3 minutes after 9pm. They told me that I can only check in until 9pm and that they have no more room available and they have given my room to someone else. Right after me there was a woman waiting who got exaxtly the room I have reserved then. I wrote Villa Del Sol even a msg that afternoon and contacted them before but I didn't receive any answer.
Furthermore I did pay the acom for four nights before online. Even I paid and without contacting me they were not able to check me in later and rather gave the prepaid room to someone else waiting. The receptionist was very unpolite and afterwards I had to Deal with booking to get my money back and also find an acomadation for the next days. Really a horrible and very unpolite experience with this hotel!
