This hotel is absolutely breathtaking!! I strongly recommend ESPECIALLY if you’re getting married! The aesthetics around the place is just picture perfect!!!

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel with a classic, traditional Mexican style. A very delicious breakfast buffet was included with my stay. The pool looks nice although I didn't swim here. I plan on returning to this hotel on my next visit to Juárez.

Our experience at this hotel was above par. Awesome colonial artistry. Beautifully manicured landscaping. The restaurant was fantastic and the staff was the best. I truly recommend El Paseo
For everyone to experience a 5 star stay.

Four night stay while having dental work. Asked for quiet second story. Request honored. Loved the old world charm of the hotel's layout with separate two story structures housing about eight units each connected by wide walkways, trees and other plantings. Lots of stone, tile and stucco. The pool area is well designed and includes a soaking pool, kiddie pool and large swimming pool with tables under shade trees as well as regular sunning seats . Service was excellent and breakfast at the restaurant was buffet style and delicious. My room was spacious, clean and well maintained with heavy knotty pine furnishings. The location for someone without a car is central with shopping and restaurants close by. If you are driving there is also a gated parking lot. If you enjoy the feel of old Mexico, I think you would love the El Paseo.

A bit outdated but that's not why I'm giving it three out of five stars. The confusing layout isn't even a problem since it seems maybe the hotel was an afterthought of the architectural design. The customer service is dismal. There are no coat hangers in the rooms and when asking for one, they say they're in storage and it took them until the next day to get the hangers only because of multiple calls to the front desk. Some rooms have air conditioners that don't work very well and that's a problem with the heat here. Would not go back.

This establishment just gave and/or allowed entry to someone not registered on the room, who then proceeded to enter my room while I was sleeping without my permission. I called and attempted to talk to the manager but she started to blame it on me saying that it was someone I know, and that he insisted on talking to me. I've never stayed in a hotel in the entire world that allowed access to unregistered persons who were not explicitly given permission for access by the guest. The manager says she's going to investigate, but it really doesn't matter as this is already a huge security breach that everyone should be aware of. Beware of this establishment!
