Clean rooms, nice security attendant.
Delicious dinner, except the service received in the AM by the waitress. When we paid for our room it includes breakfast, we'll the lady came to us and we asked for 2 coffees then our food. As guests of the hotel we should get priority and not the people coming in from outside. I mean we did pay for it before. Well 30 minutes later still no coffee. 45 minutes later still no breakfast. Also one waitress to attend a restaurant of at least 40 patrons inside is too much too handle. Will not reconsider coming back. Also shower head in room was so close to the wall.

Great place to rest, And the restaurant food was a plus! Great costumer service! I wish they had a shopping area!

Only place I was able to get a room since there was a school event, but overall good experience. Rooms are old and hotel seems very old but it is comfortable.

This is a no frills hotel that does what it promises. Location is very advantageous near the city's core, rooms are squeaky clean, staff are helpful, honest, nice, and the food is outstanding given the very low price. Everything works properly, parking lot is safe

Me and my husband stayed 2 nights. The girl who worked last night was AMAZING, super patient, understanding and helpful...willing to perform customer service related responsibilities. The guy working tonight is her exact polar opposite. He wouldn't even let me use a pen, there's not a pen in the room so as I was struggling to get him to print a document he agreed to print I asked if I could use a pen but he grimaced and said that he only had one pen. We did get a room with a view, the first night our room had no view, but getting him to understand the request was challenging enough to kinda ruin the whole romantic view vibe. Maybe he was having a bad day...but his service didn't measure up to the awesome accommodating job of his female counterparts' the night before. Clean and safe building with perfect little rooms.

Great wonderful service , very clean place , very nice size rooms for the reasonable price they charge ???????? ???? ???????? and very delicious ???? breakfast to top it off.
