Good for the price. This hotel is super affordable and offers you the very basics. The rooms are not luxurious or even asthetically pleasing, however they give clean fluffy towels, a clean bed and bathroom, nice TV and even a free breakfast at their hotel restaurant which makes up for the dingy carpet and outdated beat up furniture. My room had very good water pressure in the shower and instant hot water. The pool area is very nice and the free breakfast is decent. Check in is at 10am which is rare in most Hotels. So for all this I give Hotel Monaco 4 stars!

Needs Repairs , Overpriced Compared to others. Remotes don't work , Warm water runs out. Maint. Night Service personnel Rude, Lost its Luster from 2 Yrs.

Poor service. I was given a remote control for the television in my room that didn't work. Went to ask for one that did work and they gave me one without batteries. Totally gave up on the television situation. We also encountered a noise problem beside our room it was construction noise apparently.

If I could no star that would be better, room 203 was disgusting, had poop from the previous guest and bed had hairs. Refund immediately and it was made obvious they get them often since no customer service was given not even a different room.

Worst experience ever!!!
Needs maintenance , rooms are dirty especialley the sheets, bathrooms are just full of hair, people who work there are just rude.
Especially the ladies that clean the rooms....
They security at night is just ridiculous going in to the rooms opening the doors before knocking and asking if someone is in there.....

Never going back!!!!
