Neat looking, cozy style place. Food is acceptable, location is good, a lot of convenient stores near by. Staff is very resourceful and kind, the guy at the parking lot is great! Overall very good service and comfortable accommodations

Great for a weekend stay with the family, free breakfast buffet is delicious. Pool is indoors and kept clean.

It was our first time in this hotel. a hotel with a very Mexican style that reminded me of a Mexican hacienda. It was a great stay. the staff very friendly and very helpful, they made us feel like family. this hotel has everything we needed it has a pool,Games area,bar with kareoke restaurant and very good events. we were at the selena tribute event it was excellent

Very bad experience, the receptionist staff are rude and unprofessional it took an hour to check in. Room service never showed up. Parking guard, disrespectful. In overall they need to teach their staff some customers service. The only good thing is the room was ok, it was clean.

Beautiful hotel. Good food. DO NOT HAVE A GUEST THAT ARRIVES AFTER 9. Security will come and demand 300 pesos. I booked a suite for 2 people. My guest arrived at 9:30 so I had to pay extra. Go across town to lucerna and have 5 guests at any time with no problems.

Where do I start? This location has 6 floors and only 2 washing machines and 1 dryer the other one is broken, food from the "buffet" is nasty gave my son a stomach virus lady that clean our room said that there was an outbreak from the kitchen! There are better options for you to look for trust me. Very noise at night people don't seem to care that is a hotel everyone so rude I stayed here 8 days regretted every single day thank God I left. Please do your research if you are coming for the consulate appointment stay closer to the consulate.
