Everything was perfect. Don jesus the security guy at night is the best he help us with our heavy suitcases and was extremly nice. Reception staff too. Had travel to diferent countries and stayed in 5 start hotels many times had never encounter a person that goes the extra mile to give the best customer service like Don Jesus hope management read this review and appreciate what an amazing team they have. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed couple of nights, outdated rooms, my room was missing shower curtain and we didn't get cleaning service 2nd day, I will not recommend it at all!....

Old everything in room carpets furniture bathroom beds .dirty stairways..only stayed becuz we had a dr. Visit

Old rooms, kindly expensive for the old place, my tv remote wasn’t working, sink leaking from the hose , breakfast not included from Expedia

This place is great. Affordable and beautiful.
Room is cozy and nice. Free bottled water, shampoo, and lotion. AC/heat unit you can completely control. Nice sturdy doors. Ample shower and vanity.
Beautiful pool and decorations outside.
Some people have complained about the lack of tv remotes. They do have remotes, you just gotta give a deposit for them. I imagine they kept getting stolen.
I stayed 2 days and had a great time. Nice staff and very relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel has a good location, a lot of malls, parks, movie theaters, casinos, and night clubs are near. The rooms are good, comfortables, clean and have good climate machines, the only thing that I would change is the tv service. The service was perfect. I would definitely stay in there again.

The place is built to last and it provides a very competitive room rate, plumbing fixtures are solid, door to the room was solid, bathroom door solid, nothing hollow or made China here. Room was clean. Staff is pleasant, helpful and very clear. Breakfast was a very nice touch.

If traveling from the states, remember that Mexico is not obligated to honor ADA and I did check with the border and they said it wouldn’t be a problem in Mexico. A service animal is considered a pet here and the hotel does not accept them, however they let me stay a night with my compadre ‘Zack’, kudos to the staff and ownership. A+ experience.
