Used to be a good place. Last couple of times they started slacking on service. Had to go to the front desk every time I stepped out of my room because my key wouldn't work. Had to help the maintenance guy take down a door because it wouldn't open even from the inside.

This was a great place to stay and is responsible priced. Looks a little old and run down but safe and people are friendly. My ac was not working and they just switched my room no problem.

It was clean and smelled good.

However there wasn't even a hand towel in the room.

No coffeemaker. No shampoo. Only one tiny bar of soap.

Free breakfast, but only for one person from each room. Kinda strange policy.

The waiter in the restaurant was very attentive. He gave the best service. The rest of the staff was meh.

I won't be staying here ever again.

A very convenient place with a pretty good price to stay in if you're in Juarez for your immigration case/process. It's only 10-15mins away from the U.S. consulate!

Pretty place, very big rooms, very affordable, good location, bar is top notch, one of the best of all the city.

They charge you extra for example if you have three people but they won't give you extra towels or soap or anything you have to go and beg for it and they have a security guard that's pretty much a jerk so stay at your own risk

Nice place to take some good drinks, affordable drinks and nice service from people there
