Guuuys this place was amazing from beginning to end, I would give them 100 stars if I could. The rooms are modern comfortable, clean and spacious. The service was admirable, breakfast was delicious. Anything we needed they got it for us, to our room. This is our go to hotel in Juárez from now on, I hope this helps anybody looking for a great hotel in the city. I forgot to mention that the front desk lady Joselyn I believe was her name, had amazing customer skills, I hope they value her work and do not let her go.

The toilet in my room did not flush properly. We reported it to the front desk and they just a plunger, but did not fix the situation. It was still backed up. They do not charge the sheets and blankets of every room, you have to request it when you check in. If not, then you will be using the same sheets as the last people who visited. Not good at all.

Room pone does not work bathroom fan does not work TV does not work food I'd terrible etc etc
