I really like this location because it is different from others Applebee's. The structure and the accommodation allows it to not feel it crowded and the social distance is well followed. The food taste is great, I would recommend them to pay more attention to the service, our waiter was courteous but, he wasn't coming back to our table too often and we had to ask others servers for help.

Charged me for a drink I didn't order. Food was okay, but pricey considering we're in Mexico. I could've ate better at a taqueria.

Loved the margaritas and ribs. However the beef ribs were not tender and so the pork ribs were better.

Came in on a Sunday, at around 5pm. Restaurant was have empty, (so I thought service would be quick) I waited 50 mins for our food to be serviced, during the 50 mins of waiting our waitress didn't check on us one time. When they finally brought our food out the missed one of my Son's plates so we had to wait another 5 mins. There was only a total of 6 people. Needless to say customer service was not very good and it takes for ever to get you food and when we did half the food was cold and the boneless wings were way over cooked and very dry. Will not be coming back here again. Very disappointing

Best applebees in Juarez mx!! Everything is better here even live music on certain days.
