This taco place is two story seating arrangement so you can see the kitchen in action. Service was good and fast. Regarding flavor, I like salt in my food and here was the first time I didn't have to add any for enhancement. Same with the flavor in the meat. It was excellent and free of fat, veins or any unwanted extras. The salsa stand has different salsas, lettuce, onions, pico de gallo, etc. We had fajita style hot plate which came with baked potato and bean soup. In all honesty, I had many such soups before but this one was unique. As I was rolling my eyes while eating it, all I could think of was the ratatouille movie. I will be back there again.
