The water sucks in the shower no pressure and it goes in n out. Had to call the front desk to get the air condition to work properly. The 1st cleaning lady was very friendly and tidy, that is appreciated! But the 2nd cleaning lady did not clean properly. We had some stuff that we got on the comforter and instead of giving us a clean one she just flipped it over. She gave us dirty glasses, she did not leave us washcloths. The breakfast was decent. There is a pool and a bar. Great location.

If I could leave 0 I would. Room was dirty , room service came in to clean at 7 am.. and when I told her to not clean our room she was very rude. Front desk is extremely rude aswell. The showers are very nasty mine has hair. The pool is disgusting very foggy water and smells horrible. Everything was a very bad experience. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend for a peaceful vacation

This is probably the third time I stay here, The last few time it wasn’t that bad, nothing remarkable but it wasn’t bad, this time though it was very forgetful, shower wasn’t working, AC wasn’t working and without AC in the summer months it is really bad to stay here, while this place is affordable I recommend that before you even settle down in your room check everything out to make sure that is working; showers, Toilet, bed sheets, air-conditioning, windows, etc. service at the reception was very good, And besides what I mentioned before the location of the hotel it is very good with access to a lot of restaurants and cool places to shop, I believe that the hotel is getting old and needs a renovation.

Location is excellent! Rooms are shabby, except if you can afford to stay in the renovated tower. The pool is closed and no refreshments are served. Sad, since that used to be a highlight at this place. Deco is on point, tho.

Nice Hotel...I recommend it, the service and the cook for early breakfast is excellent. I will say this breakfast chef your cooking is delicious. Thanks chef August 6, 2022

No good for families or kids, they have tiny rooms. We have not towels, toilet paper, I have to ask to the desk. They didn't clean the room. Food wasn't good, few options. The worst hotel we have been.

Great location, surrounded by restaurants and bars. But the rooms, specially the bathrooms really could use some maintenance/update. The breakfast was terrible.. i wanted to take some berries they put out, but I wasn't allowed.. some guy was taking pictures of the breakfast bar and the berries were there only for the pictures!!
