Very clean and the infrastructure looks well done. The locals are generally attended by teenagers who are always respectful and demonstrate good manners.

Well went to a restaurant here only to see a 34 year old man fall to his death. The railings are real short as the owner clearly saved some money on them. Its a beautiful place to spend some time and shop at all the little shops but not real safe.

Big mall and clean, but not a lot of shops, has good restaurants, good place for lunch
