This restaurant serves authentic dishes from Puebla and I'm a fan!! The food is excellent and the service is amazing. Our server explained everything from drink preparation to the ingredients in their mole. We went there several times and I wish I had the opportunity to try every dish on that menu. One thing to consider is that the restaurant is located on the second floor and there's no handicap access. If you can't climb the stairs, you can call to place an order and the server will meet you at the entrance to deliver your food.

This place is amazing. The staff were very welcoming and made an effort to speak English with us and tell us about their history. The food was fantastic, the best meal I’ve had in Mexico so far (I’ve been here 3 months!). You can tell they put lots of love and passion into the food and we were given a corn soup and nice desert for free. Definitely try the chile en nogada if it’s in season. It is also well located near the cathedral and beautifully decorated inside.

Best chile en nogada I ever had until now. The service is very personal with very nice staff. The quality of the food is excellent with good quality on the ingredients and even better seasoning. We had different plates, impossible to say which one was the best.

This restaurant is full of culture. The food was delicious. Succulents all over. Such a welcoming place. Great service.

This food was so good!! Highly recommend this place. Very friendly and helpful staff that explained the menu to us. Try the 'Molote' and the 'Pellizcaditas montadas'.
