El otro día ordene lo mismo pero en paquete para 2 personas, lo cual he hecho 1 vez anteriormente y sólo me pusieron 1 aderezo de frambuesa. Pues cuando le dije que no se le olvidará ponerme un 2o aderezo a la que me tomo la orden, me quiso cobrar $40 PESOS por un aderezito adicional!
Le expliqué todo lo previamente mencionado, pero no, se agarró de que no los permitían. Así que por recibir lo que debidamente corresponde por lógica, me vi obligada a comprar las órdenes pero individuales, en contenedores individuales, cada quien con su aderezo, por el mismo precio que el paquete. Nomas NO TIENE SENTIDO. Que les costaba darme el mentado aderezo si en fin de cuentas sale lo mismo?!
Y no hablemos de CADA VEZ QUE LLAMO para ordenar mi orden individual la que me atiende se niega vendermelo y a fuerzas me quiere vender paquete, y siempre es lo mismo... Le tengo que recalcar que en el menú viene la orden individual de lasagña para comer ahi y ESA ES la que quiero para llevar. Solamente así sede.
No entiendo la verdad.
