Nice place. The food was exquisite. The tacos de tripa were prepared just right, not too chewy or too crunchy. The hamburguesa sencilla was perfect. It was one of the best burgers I've had in Mexico. My wife ordered the Mar y tierra, it came with carne asada, shrimp and grated cheese. She enjoyed it.

5 stars this place is absolutely delicious their Queso fundido with chorizó u0026 mar u0026 tierra are so so good! Great service, good atmosphere for a meal among friends, family also the owners are very kind!! It’s a must when you’re in Chihuahua…

To their credit, they did not charge us. The place has so much potential but the kitchen staff and I assume management are lacking in their desire to deliver a great experience. My wife had visited a year prior and had fond memories and wanted to come back. The place was near empty on a Friday and the wait to order was longer than expected. Every menu given to us was so tattered that you couldn’t even see the beginning of the word on the left side of the menu. Our table top was broken and on multiple occasions we asked for an item on the menu and were told they didn’t have it. Then we asked what they did have and recommend. We put in our order and 30 minutes later got our drinks. The another thirty minutes later we got two plates of the 8 our group ordered. The dish was completely burned and we asked if that was Normal he said no then told someone in our group that they couldn’t make her dish because the meat was still frozen. Not even making this up! They said they would make the food again and promised right away. As the waiter was saying this a cockroach walked across the table. That was the breaking point we all got up and left. The waiter looked very distraught and honestly he was very nice when he was around. How this place has more than 2 stars is seriously a wonder.

Food was excellent but the wait staff is horrible. Our waiter rushed us to get our drink order and our food. He never came back to see if we needed refills until our food arrived 40 mins later. My daughters food didn’t have everything that she had ordered. I asked him 3 times for the rest of her meal. We finished eating and he never brought it back. I had to ask a different waiter for a straw and that guy mumbled something back and never gave me a straw. I complained to him about his service and my daughters food not being brought and he just looked at me like he didn’t know what to say. The cooks were fantastic and apologized for the service. They even said the waiters just stand around then expect to get a tip and that’s it. Our waiter had to pay for half of my daughters plate. I hope service improves because their food was fantastic.

Only 2 waiters in whole place .wait time is long. Food is what it is norhing special. Looking for cold drinks spot on .but u will wait a min.

Only thing good here was the Mariachi music in the plaza. I ordered tacos mixta; carne asada and tacos pastor. The tortillas were dry and cold. The pastor was dry and cold and the carne asada was cold and the consistancy of hamburger. I gave it a 2 because of the music. Otherwise it would be a 1. My guy had the potato with butter and meat. Very little butter and the same hamburger "carne asada".
