One of the worst things was that they didn't let me into the restaurant with my coffe mug in.
After nit having my coffe mug allowed, the waiter took 20 min to get our order and get us some coffe, it took him 40 more minutes to bring the food wich was already cold. The waiter didn't get close until it was time to pay; after all that, he also asked us directly to support him with a good tip.

The food was very good. They had friendly service but we ordered extra pancakes and it took very long till we got them so they could've been better there

IHOP is a family favorite but something has to be done about coffee. Espresso is on the menu but when I asked for one, the waiter clearly had no clue about it. First, he asked what I was referring by saying this "expresso" word. Then he said that kind of coffee was not available, only americano and cappuccino. When I expressed my concern about this since the espresso was on the menu the waiter said they ran out of the product. I decided not to waste my time discussing about coffee brewing despite I could see the espresso machine from my seat. IHOP should train better the staff before asking them to be in front of clients.

Good food but the service could've been better! Our food took a long time and they got one order wrong but the food was very good!

Used to be good but the last 2 times I've been there its been terrible, one time I never got my food and the other time it took more than 1 hour to get the food and then it was cold and old, terrible service

It's an Ihop. If you have had it before anywhere, it's pretty much the same. In Chihuahua it's American food with a Mexican flavor. Very good and the service is excellent.
