The receptionist was very polite and allowed me to Checkin a little earlier. The hotel was nearly empty. The room was a Ibis standard. The room is small as all Ibis rooms. The bathroom was not very clean .. especially the shower was awful, especially the shower head was scale only! Not even a plastic cup for tooth cleaning was available.

I have to say it was a smooth check-in i stay for almost 2 weeks also the best shower ???? ever the hot water for shower on point. I stay in 2 floor room small but normal are clean. I included the breakfast ???? was delicious chefs ????u200d???? did awesome job the food omelet each day cook in front of you had fresh juice (pancakes coffe)were ok would Recommend this everyone also LOCATION IS right in front of the clinic super close consulado walkin distance ????????????

Very rude staff. They charged me the breakfast but for problems with with flight I couldn’t take it. I ask not for a refund but to use it the next day, and they say it was impossible. Cool legal way of stealing J. !

Was far more expensive than advertised. Rude reception staff. I had planned my trip not realizing there was a time change and arrived an hour early at 2pm. Having worked in hotels for many years, this is usually not a problem. The front desk agent literally told me to leave. I asked her for directions to a McDonalds or something with a drive thru so I could eat, and she looked at me like I was crazy and demanded to know why. I said, so I can eat something? And not leave my animals in the car? She never did give me directions but she found a room somehow. ???? Be very aware if you’re in the top levels the hot water doesnt work at ALL. When I mentioned this to another staff member they didn’t even acknowledge I had said anything. I pressed the issue and was told there’s only one water heater for the whole hotel and the water doesnt go up that far. G r e a t. If you can help it, don’t stay here.

No hot water in room. I let shower run for 6 minutes to no avail. You have 120 rooms, buy another heater.

Price was misrepresented to me. I was charged $500 more pesos and I know that’s not all “fees and taxes”.

I travel to Chihuahua a lot, and I really want to like this hotel but I just felt cheated.

Loved the lobby area and the fact that is sustainability certified, but the customer service is awful, the rooms too small for two guests, and the shower water pressure was too weak to wake up. However, Dominique, in charge of the breakfast buffet, was charming, accommodating, and attentive to all our needs. She is the reason I'm giving this hotel 3 stars, otherwise, I would have given it 1.
