Taxi scam!!!!!! Do not fall for this.... If I could give a -stars i would. I left that place in tears. I was devastated when the taxi driver who had highly recommend this place dropped us off. My heart sank. As soon as I walked in i immediately went to the reception and asked if we could have a refund. She said she had already payed the taxi driver a comisión but if we wanted what was left she could get us a taxi. When we came down she refused to give us a refund. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the location and the service.

i went out for a few hours and while i was out one of the staff came in my room and turned off the air conditioning and the room was hot when i returned and he kept pretending to try to fix it until i started to write this review and suddenly they were able to turn it on after thirty minutes or so of laughing at me. i have a broken ankle and have been recuperating and i had not touched the air conditioning setting for at least a week. i am a very low keyed person, have been generous with my tipping. so there was absolutely no excuse for this and since i can not take a shower i will now stink for the next three weeks, i had not sweated before. there is no way i can take a shower. It is obvious that they also went through my belongings. Obviously i would not recommend this hotel to any one. i can not say the male staff in this hotel have been any thing but surly at best. May be because i am quite meek in person, and since i am incapacitated i suppose i look like some one it is not hard to push around.

This hotel was recommended by my tour guide driver. It's set off a side street and a little difficult to find. It's a great little hotel which is also economical, in a good location, not too far from the cathedral, pedestrian mall and the main square. Shower was strong and bed firm. Recommended. I stayed there during mexican independence day, a major holiday, and walked to the main square from there. Chihuahua is a very attractive, safe city for tourists.

It’s a nice place very comfortable and the breakfast is good. The only thing is TV channels could be improved does not have a good selection

Careful the fare doesn't include taxes , some rooms look more like a Motel and too Small how ever is a nice place to stay if you are working looking for place to spend the night.

Ok for low budget their continental breakfast not good and its serve yourself
