Holiday Inn Express Chihuahua, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at this location 3 nights, May 9th - 12th 2022.

While here I used the laundry service. Using this service 2 pairs of pants I bought new before my trip were lost. As of today more than 3 months from them being lost, there has been no resolution to my issue.

At one point they told me they had one pair of the pants, but after sending someone they were told they didn't have anything.

It has been a frustrating experince.

Positive: I liked when I left Negative: No shuttle services like other Holiday Inn Hotels, music used for Environment kept waking me up at 7:30 am. No privacy - if I could hear my neighbors actions then I¿m sure they could hear mine. The buffet was never kept up

I am back on my first trips after the pandemia situation and I traveled to Chihuahua city; I stayed again in the Holiday Inn Express and everything was excellent! The room cleanliness, the quality of rest and the staff service. I do recommend this Hotel Facility..

My last stay in Holiday Inn located at Ave Cristobal Colon in Chihuahua city was a nice and safe stay. When you arrive to your room, the door is sealed with a sign that your room has been sanitized. Now with the Covid 19 contagious, this initiative is very important.
Sleep Quality and room cleanliness are excellent!! I do recommend this hotel facility.

Had me waiting a little to check in the morning, arrived at 6:45 AM. The rooms are well cleaned and the beds are very comfortable.

The grounds and common areas of the hotel are very clean and modern. The staff accommodates English speakers pretty well. Their is a 24hr dennys next to the hotel which has proved very convenient. Breakfast in the hotel is great with lots of hot meal choices as well as trays of freshly cut fruit. The hotel hosts a "happy hour" during the week where you can grab a beer with a friend and enjoy some finger foods. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Good hotel. Good relation price and what you get.
The hotel is very comfortable and the facilities are kept in good condition. The gym is 24 hrs available.
They have a very nice staff, they make you feel like a home.
