I arrived here super early....at noon and they allowed me to check in. No problem. The woman at the front desk was competent and very kind. This isn't a high end Hilton.....but for the price the value is excellent. The rooms are spacious, super clean, nice TV and the hotel is near several very good restaurants. Thank you Hampton-Hilton for allowing me to check in at noon and I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel. Very clean, and well located, plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping as well.
The breakfast area is great, chilaquiles red and green. The green were very spicy, but with good flavor.
Eggs and refried beans as well.
A selection of fruits and potatoes and pastries
The rooms not facing the highway were very quiet.
The rooms had blackout blinds, and with the room as quiet as it was, had a great goodnight sleep.
The only thing that they need to improve are the bath towels. They were old, dingy and starting to tear.

The breakfast wasn't any good. Not what I've expected from a 4 star Hilton.
The quality of the beverages (coffee, juice) was like the cheapest stuff you get at Bodega Aurrera.
Rooms are neat and clean but the forniture gives me 80's vibes.

I've been a Hampton Inn customer for severla years and I've always been very satisfied. However it is evident that something changed for bad. The early check in didn´t work. I know this is not maybe guaranteed but I arrived 20 to 30 minutes after the check in time and the room wasn´t clean. So I was assigned a different room. Ok. Fine. Then I went to the room ( a kitchen suite ) and it was very hoy. The air conditioner was off. I needed to turn it on and it took 1:35 hrs to reach an acceptable temperature. Chihuahua es VERY hot during this time and they need to leave the air conditioner on for the rooms that are already sold. There were not spoons of forks ( bad for a kitchen suite ). And there wasn´t a single cup to wash your mouth in the lavatory. I always enjoyed Hampton. This was a poor quality for the price. I'll think it twice next time to reserve here.

Friendly staff, breakfast is good and rooms are really clean I had no problems with this hotel I highly recommend it.

Great location with easy access to shopping and dining. Hotel is gated with limited covered parking spots. Breakfast food was hospital grade... lacked flavor. Room was very clean with amazing beds. Great for a family stay.

100% recommended for either personal or business purposes
