The shower water runs out of the area and the whole bathroom floor gets flooded, also, the sink was clogged. I was there for one night only so it was not a big deal but you would expect more from this hotel

The place is really good, The location is One of The greatest place in The city, The rooms are clean And confortable And The people there are very proffesionals

Excellent COVID measures, room was clean and all the communal areas were desinfected constantly. Pool is currently open!

Excellent hotel for business trips, the views are no the best since it'd surrounded by shopping malls, but it's quiet and the staff is very attentive.

The service is excellent, without a doubt a good place to enjoy with the family, taking advantage of the weekends or to go on vacation. The rooms are very comfortable with an incredible view, it os an advantage to be close to Fashion Mall to go shopping.

It's a pretty Nice and quiet hotel. The personal is very helpful ir you need it, also they are very friendly. The rooms are peaceful and you feel the comfort.
