For starters, they could do a better job at getting people a table; we waited almost 2 hours to get seated. The only reason we waited so long is because this place was highly recommended u0026 our family members that highly recommended it were with us for crying out loud. The host even started off the whole experience saying we might not even get a table when it was 3.5 hours before closing. I had to walk up u0026 ask how much longer 3 or 4 times! Then, we finally get a table u0026 no one acknowledges us for at least 5 minutes u0026 when they finally did there was no warm greeting or any type of gratitude for our service; not even an apology for a busy night u0026 super long delay to get a table. At every step, we had to ask for everything. We asked for extra napkins, they never made it to the table. We asked for salad dressing, they never made it to the table. Everything was delivered scattered u0026 unorganized i.e. the food u0026 drinks. I was the last to receive my drink only after asking for it u0026 even that was delayed. Suddenly, the waiter comes u0026 says, “the kitchen is closed. Is that okay?” To which I replied, “we weren’t even warned that the kitchen was about to close” since we wanted dessert. The waiter barely asked what we needed. I said my wife wanted tiramisu. He offered to try to see if they could make it. I told him to forget about it but the waiter still took the liberty to place the order to which it eventually arrived. I thought maybe it wouldn’t make the check u0026 perhaps it would be on the house but quite the contrary... not only did I tell the waiter to forget about the tiramisu but he also charged us for it. We finally were leaving when I requested the manager at the front door. I explained exactly everything that happened as detailed here. She started off with the excuse that it was super busy, that’s not the service they provide usually, u0026 that she’ll address it. I was expecting a complete refund, gift card, refund for the tiramisu at minimum, or at least some type of renumeration. Nothing. My family u0026 I were deeply disappointed with the service! Y’all should do something about this. This is completely unacceptable!

Good atmosphere, food is a bit pricey for the portions but overall it's a quaint place.

DP is amazing and Delicious!! I highly recommend it if you are looking for great coffee and food!
