This gem of a boutique hotel is beautiful, well decorated, and run by a very kind and attentive staff. The Pancho Villa and Doña Luz rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The furnishings are antique but there is little surface space to put personal belongings. The bathroom is very small but has nice hot water. From the rooms are a view the museum across the street. There are no mini-fridges in the rooms and they keep minimal ice on hand. The front desk staff is very accommodating and welcoming. I would recommend this place as it is gorgeous and can be romantic for two!! 18yrs and younger not allowed.

I don’t often give 5 stars! But this place deserves it. Very friendly English speaking staff who did all they could to make us feel welcome. We left at 05:30 u0026 they especially made toast u0026 Jam with coffee for us before our departure. The room was very nice too!

It’s a really nice hotel ????
• Location: You can easy go to the downtown area by waking.

• Service: The people working there are super nice, they gave us a lot of advice to enjoy our stay, and the hotel is super clean.

I liked the design of the hotel, each room has its own theme.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They organised an early mini breakfast for us before we left for El Chepe. They were also really helpful before we arrived when we were asking for information about the train. The room was really well designed, as was the hotel in general and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is rich with cultural history, as is the rest of this part of the city of Chihuahua. The room I stayed in was the Adelita, which boasted the original ceiling built in the 1800's. Similar to how the residents of the original building lived in the 1800's, there was no hot water available at the time of my visit. This is true in at least two of the rooms, my room and a friend's room who was also there during the same stay. Aside from this minor issue, awesome place to stay and I plan on visiting this place again in the future.
