First time staying here in Mexico and we needed a handicapped accommodation room, and we got it! Big walk in shower with chair and shower wand. The room is spacious for wheelchair access. The bed is very nice, they have a small refrigerator and safe to use. There is an iron and iron board inside the closet. There is a desk and office chair. The service has been good so far the hotel appears to be clean. There is a bar/ restaurant and a swimming pool. You have to use your room key for the elevator. So far so good 5 stars from us.

But put of the way. But nice restaurant and bar area. Rooms nice and clean. AC not great. Just barely cools.
The breakfast buffet is a joke. Over cooked scrambled eggs, cut up hot dogs, salty Pasole soup. Not good. But they advertise the buffet as super nice, eggs cooked to order. Not

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Hotel is in a neighborhood with upscale shopping and dining in all directions. Will definitely return as a guest

My favorite part was the ergonomic shower. I was obsessed with the design, especially the little cutout shelf on the wall to access towels from inside the shower. I found that so genius and a testament to the detail-oriented service of this hotel. The front desk staff and security guard were always all so helpful and kind during my stay and I’m so grateful to them for helping me feel comfortable :)

Comfy bed, ample space in the room, but above all is the location. It is next to great restaurants, bars, there is a supermarket within walking distance and right next to Periférico de la Juventud

Wonderful location. The staff is very friendly and things just go smoothly here. I’ve stayed here many times before and never had an issue. This time I splurged for the suite because my family came with me and it was well worth it. The value is excellent compared to others for the small amd I mean small price difference the others can’t compare. A few dollars opens so much more.

The hotel was confortable, but the food in the restaurant and the customer service was awful. The cleaning staff nock your door even with the “don’t disturb” signage. In the shower it takes 10min to have hot water, a lot of waist in my opinion. I never had hot water in the sink to shave properly.
I also missed a coffee maker in the room.
