Best hotel I ever been to in Mexico. The staff were nice and friendly. Also it was very clean too and the rooms too. The service was great and the location too.

O stars for this hotel. All though I had to place one just so I can post. We got there Friday night rented a room. We went into the room n looked around n Decided that we weren’t going to stay there because it looked really dirty. The bed had hair on it and it had a horrible smell. it was in and out 5 mins at the most that we stayed in that room We went to the front desk to tell them that we were not happy with the room and we wanted a refund. They refused to give us back our money. They told us that once you pay you can’t get refunded no matter the situation. There’s no sign indicating that there is no refunds nor do they tell you this. They stayed with our money. I Do not recommend this hotel.

Filthy sheets. Restaurant food was edible but definitely not the quality I expected. They left my hotel tab open. I liked this as I wanted to order room service and could just have 1 charge. My credit card charges me a foreign transaction fee. They charged separately for everything. Even charged the wrong amount, refunded it but less. I got zinged with 4 foreign transaction fees.
The hairy and obviously well used sheets on my bed with mascara on the pillow cases were the worst though.

I booked a room for 1 night only over phone and they were so polite and told me that it was booked for me. Worked perfectly… but when I arrived, they had cancelled my booking without telling me. Very disappointed.

I had a party of 10 or more drinking out side my door until 11 pm. Not cool.

Booked an executive suite here after a long day of riding through the canyons on the train.

I wasn't expecting such amazing service and atmosphere. The inside of the hotel is a courtyard with a nice swimming pool, and the rooms are top notch.

There was a problem with the credit card machine not reading the chip on my card, so after the second attempt at charging my card the clerk told me not to worry about paying for the room right then, that I could settle the room charge at checkout. Very classy. The next day it worked on the first try and all was well.

I wasn't even expecting them to have an hourly shuttle to the airport the next morning and free breakfast, so it was all just icing on the cake. The price for three guests was competitive with the low-budget hotels, and I won't even consider staying at a different hotel when I come to this town again.

One of my party had to go to the bus station, rather than the airport, and when I asked the clerk to call for a taxi, he told me absolutely not, the shuttle will provide the transportation free of charge! Truly above and beyond.
