Buen sabor, aun que la carne me hubiera gustado estuviera mas solida... que se mantuviera poco mas pegada a si misma, ya que se desprendia como carne molida. Las papas estaban bien. Sasonadas, aun que les falto poquita sal, pero el sason es rico. Para resumir, un platillo que deleita a la vista y satisface al paladar, com poquita sal.
