Hi, my name is America Rodriguez, and I am trying to stop any family from purchasing from this so called trip company. My family for the first time is trying to make a trip to Cancun. We have sent this company thousands of US dollars for our flights and hotel reservations to a Rep of Sebastian Córdoba. As the date is approaching the reps are saying that they need more money since they don’t have enough rooms at the hotel we were originally staying at. We spoke with Fabiola Rodriguez she acts like the manager, but does not give us our itinerary . Nor have they send us our boarding passes. This company is a fraud.
Do not purchase anything from here. I am Currently seeking a specialist lawyer for a Lawsuit if I don’t get my money back or get all of my information.
When ever I’m trying to reach the manager or owner they don’t transfer my phone call. I have all the documentation for our suppose reservation but it’s all a fraud.

My first time traveling to the beautiful paradise of Cancun, my family and I had an amazing time, we recommended it with friends and they had a great time, thank you very much for the experience

i have used a considerable variety of vacation services, transportation, tours, from different agencies and this is one of the few that really meet what they offer, usually when you hire and all-Inclusive service you do not imagine or have in mind what really comes in all-inclusive and this agency has shown me that the service they give is good and the best they have given us for a long time only the best of the best (Y)

We will never forget the incredible vacation we had in cancun and the few days we spent in the riviera maya as well, i highly recommend you to visit these paradises. They are places you have to visit once in your life!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! i made reservations and paid for my family vacation 02/08/2019. on 02/11/2019 the travel agent tells me resort is not available any more and wanted to downgrade my reservation. i was totally opposed to it, of course, i want what i paid for even if its for a different resort with the same qualities, then she wanted to change the dates as well. it has been 4 weeks with no firm resolution. the latest resolution is need to pay $900 in taxes in order to get a nice resort. they will not refund me my money. i have taken legal action.
Again DO NOT USE VACACIONES CANCUN....... you are better off making reservations on your own directly with the resort. i went with this company thinking i was going to get a better deal. i was so wrong..... DO NOT USE VACACIONES CANCUN. FRAUD

They stay in cancun was awesome, the attention of the staff are 100%
the last day we went to the restaurant and the waiters had an excellent treatment with us, i recommend this agency if your idea is go to relax, eat and drink delicious things and feel safe.
