Called in the night in advance to make sure they were coming at a specific time and again in the morning. They assured that a chofer was coming at 12:15 pm, around 12:30 we called to find out what was happening and they said they messed up and couldn’t get someone to pick us up for another 30 to 45 minutes. We couldn’t wait that much and ended up having to take a taxi. They said they would fully refund us for the booking and now they won’t. Don’t book with them. Additionally the driver that picked us up at the airport was rude.

This by far is the worst experience I have had in the 15 years I've been coming to the area. We waited for over an hour without any clear communication on what was happening with our transportation. When we asked about how long, we were told repeatedly "don't know" and the representative person would walk away. This has been a stressful start to what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday weekend. Please save yourself the difficulty and book with the PLENTY of other RESPONSIVE, COURTEOUS and PROMPT transportation services.

They were too friendly with us... As soon as I got in contact with from the page, his staff speak with me and we came to request a Tour Xplor.
Then they helped offered a shuttle service from my Hotel to Xplor, a supplier of transportation, called Cancun Transfers. The two companies were sensational, no doubt Lumaale is very good at Tours.

A friend recommended us this service and we decided to buy tickets for 2 parks that we thought to visit, the day we arrived we were a little nervous but everything was perfect. A company that deserves to be valued with all stars.

We had a great transfer from the airport to the Ultramar. On the return trip the shuttle was at least 25 minutes late. While we were waiting we called the office and dispatch insisted we needed an identification number. We were able to locate the number and provide it, but he continued to insist for an identification number and then said he couldn't help us. We thought this might be a language-barrier issue. However, just as we were waving down a cab to take us to the airport, our driver arrived. He immediately let dispatch know that he had picked us up from the Ultramar and gave excuses for his lateness without providing identification other than the "two from Ultramar". This revealed that dispatch knew who we were and were delaying us. The driver was great and personable, but use this service at your own risk and maybe build in a 30 minute window if you're relying on this company for an international flight. It was hot and it was frustrating to make the decision to eat the cost of a cab ride or wait with no reassurance from customer service.

We got nice discounts with this company, my mother recommended them much so my partner and me decided to reserve 2 tickets for the ecological parks around the riviera.

My family and I were greeted very nicely. Very nice people and are very helpful, they explain to you what to do and what is important to know in Mexico, which was very helpful information. I liked Travel Agency Lumaale.
