Very close to Cancún's downtown. You can find a Burger King, a Car Rental, Dominoe's Pizza, Quekas (quesadillas), a coffee restaurant (Café Andrade), and many other shops includying the Gas Station with its Conventien Store. Very handy and in the middle of everything.

This strip mall has seen better days, but a few small shops like There Cazola, la Flauteria and Las Tortugas are worth visiting.

This is not a shopping mall and there is nothing here to see or walk around.

That's a very useful little plaza. Gas station, a couple of stores, several food places, a nerd heaven store, a laundry service place and a pet store. Also, the gas station offers good service.

I went to the plaza with my family to use the facilities in the plaza when this guy comes at me screaming that if I leave my car parked in the plaza it was going to get towed that I was being recorded. I told him that I was going to one of the restaurants there but he kept stading that he was some person in charge there and that he was warning me. The restaurant that I planned to use was in another corner of the plaza where I would not have my car in sight so we decided to leave since I didn't wanted to come out of the restaurant and not find my car. I ended up having lunch somewhere else and I am not going back to that plaza until this matter gets fixed.

Amazing set of small, authentic restaurants, reasonably priced and visited by locals. I had tacos al pastor (grilled pork on a huge vertical spit with actual charcoal - a rarity) for about $1.00 US a piece (plus chips and salsas at no additional cost) and a quesadilla made from scratch (the lady made the tortilla on a grill) for about $1.10 U.S. at another place in the Plaza. There were another 5-6 other restaurants there as well.

The location is down the street (about 6 blocks) from the more up-scale places (think la Parrilla) on Av Yaxchilan, and is behind the Burger King. I stayed at the Grand City Hotel, which was a 2 block walk from the Plaza Las Avenidas. If you are a foodie and interested in real Mexican food, check this location out.

Free parking, variety of places to eat, from family restaurants to sport bars. Go to Tere Cazola bakery, it's awesome.
