Out of the 7 days my sisters and I were in Cancun, we spent 3 of those nights enjoying the amazing cuisine and service at Platss. Customer service is very important and they went above and beyond. Not only were they polite and professional, but they were also personable! Every staff member and the owners gave us a reason to come back. This was a birthday trip for me and both my sisters. Without asking, staff brought us complimentary desserts. On the last night, they gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne! They conversed with us and gave us a little history on the making of this exquisite establishment! The food was GREAT. It was delicious and presented very well. We wanted to try as many restaurants as we could while visiting. One night, a restaurant we arrived to closed the kitchen right before we got there. My first thought was to call Platss to see if they could service us, because they too were closing soon. I called nervously, asking if they would service us if we rushed there, and that it was my little sister’s actual birthday dinner that night. The woman on the phone replied, “we will wait for you guys to celebrate you sister’s birthday. We look forward to celebrating with you!” We got to the restaurant as fast as we could. When we arrived, the two lovely owners(i feel horrible not remembering their names) were waiting outside for us and greeted us with open arms and a warm welcome. They even mentioned my little sister by name saying they were ready to celebrate! This is a phenomenal restaurant. The aesthetics are to die for! It’s such a beautiful venue. Not too big, not too small. You will love it here! My sisters and I most definitely did and cannot wait to return when we visit again.

Wow what a dinner! Firstly, the waiter who served us was immaculate. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable! We had the appetiser and a main each and the portion sizes were huge! The meals were so tasty. We had the chicken pasta and the 4 cheese pizza which is highly recommended! If you’re after a great evening meal then definitely stop by here!

Had a wonderful night at Platss celebrating a birthday. The service was excellent (thank you Adrian), and the owner of the restaurant was there to give us a little history as well. Cute ambiance and a very intimate setting with indoor fountain. The food was all excellent! Please pay them a visit - you won’t regret it.

Great restaurant! Adrian the waiter is so wonderful- amazing and remarkable service! The atmosphere is unbelievable. Had no idea we were coming to such a high quality restaurant. We would definitely come back when we’ll have the opportunity!

Our server agent was exceptionally well. He gave us the menu verbally in English and in Spanish. Our food presentation was divine. Such a high standard and professional etiquette. Perfect for date night. Found a very intimate and romantic.

My husband and I had amazing dinner here. We found this place last minute and were very happy we did. Attentive, professional service and owner visits each table. I had the filet perfect medium and my husband had the seared tuna. Tuna was not over done like other restaurants on our trip. This place is a must!

On a whim we fell upon Platss. It is, hands down the most authentic experience we’ve had in Cancun. Adrian our server was friendly, knowledgeable and fantastic. He suggested the specialties of the house and they were all winners. The cocktail “Mezcalita” tamarind flavor was phenomenal. If you’re in Cancun, do not miss the opportunity to experience this intimate and flavorful experience, clearly made with love. Cheers to Platss!
