Please do not use Discova’s shuttle service to or from the airport. Our current flight has been delayed 2.5 hours with the possibility for further delays or cancellation, but Discova is refusing to modify our pickup time. This would put us at the airport over 5 hours before our flight with the possibility of being stuck there overnight. So now we have to order an Uber , which we should have done in the first place and end up paying for both. This customer service is absolutely unacceptable and shows zero care for the well being of their customers.
