The concept is pretty nice and I like the arrangement of the tables. Very nice. The service is good, a bit slow on occasions, but friendly. The dishes are good. Vegetarian Sushi I wouldn't say outstanding but the seafood ones are very delicious and good. A go to. Skate is fine too, a bit too watery but enjoyable. All in all, good sushi restaurant; would recommend.

Poor communication among their staff.
I got different information trough their page, later on the phone, and finally at the restaurant; in the end nothing I was told happened.
Fish quality’s good but the rest is pretty average. Service is ok but could be better.

Good food! Not Tokyo class, but it’d be above average in New York. They have many items in the menu: sushi, ramen, udon, etc all in one place. The communication was a bit slow but I can’t complain since I don’t speak Spanish and communication takes some effort anywhere.

A good place, and price is a plus. The thick cut sashimi is very nice. Interior environment is ok but not premium.

Great sushi place that I think is part of a franchise. Fresh fish and sooo much better pqr than in places like Tulum. We dined in Kokoro and here and it was almost half the price here, yet better quality. I'd much rather eat here again!

Drinks: they have great cold green tea, which tastes like genmaicha (quite green and a bit like rice). Their umeshu (plum wine) is great, sweet and served in a pretty glass.

Food: first had a lovely appetiser made of a cucumber/seaweed salad. Was great.

Had lovely sashimi; their thick-cut salmon and tuna were so fatty they basically fell apart when you tried to grab them with chopsticks.
The octopus was great as well. Loved the meaty slightly salty arms.

Rolls: We had Exotic and Dynamite rolls. The dynamite were delicious!! The exotic are pretty filling and taste as much as you would expect, not bad at all, but how much goat cheese and cranberries would you like to eat at dinner..?

Tempura: We had a mixed tempura which had all sorts of loveliness: white fish, squid, carrot strips, zucchini, eggplant, tomato. It was a bit much for us, but the crispness was great.

I loved the tuna sashimi so much, we ordered another thin-cut plate. Just great! Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert this way so I can't tell you about that. However, if you ever are in the neighbourhood, come try it and pls tell me ????

So fresh, so fast, and friendly employees! The fish was so soft and melted in your mouth from how soft it was. The drinks we got were fantastic (Piña colada and apple margarita). The lemonade pictured was freshly pressed and made with a choice of mineral water or fresh water. Everything we got was light and didn't leave us feeling heavy after eating. Truly wonderful food!

Great sushi restaurant in downtown Cancun. Fresh ingredients, although the rice was cooked with too much water. Professional service and quick preparation. Tasty sushi overall.
