I had no problem with this hotel
Area is abit run down but it was OK. Staff are very helpful 5 minutes walk to the R1 bus stop which takes you to the hotel zone . It's not the ritz but aircon works and they have netflix. More for solo travelers who want something just a little bit better than a hostel

Super loud and even very late at night (2-4am). The rooms themselves are fine and the workers are nice, but spend a few more dollars and get some decent sleep somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last night, after more than 30 days in Mexico, staying in different cities, this was the worst experience of our vacation.
We haven’t slept and our day is ruined.
Room was dirty: this includes bedside tables, couch, an armoire. Bed sheets where filthy, all stained, including yellow and blood staines. As soon as we laid down in bed we felt the bed bugs. We slept with no covers and used the bath towels as sheets.
We stayed in room number 7, it is located behind the reception. The receptionist hanged out with a couple of friends until 2am, laughing, talking loud, television turned on with volume up. It was as if they were inside out room.
At 3 AM we were awaken with a strong loud noise, as if some kind of emergency evacuation alarm started sounding. It echoed throughout the building and it was scaring loud. It lasted for 15 minutes. I dressed and went outside to see if it was an emergency and the guy behind the counter told me it’s normal, it would stop eventually.
After it stopped and we fell asleep, more people arrived at around 4 AM, and more taking, more TV noise. We were being awaken every 20 minutes.
At 6 AM the other coworker arrives, cleaning staff are already working, and they’re screaming directions from the reception to the cleaning ladies on the top floor. The two coworkers have a big talk at 6AM, laughs, jokes… it was hell. We had a flight to catch and we left.
To add to all of this, we had no hot water, so we had to take cold showers.
I hate to destroy businesses like this in reviews, but this place has no right to take money from people.

It is raggedy and run down and in a bad neighborhood. I booked my reservation to pay for the day the day before since I was arriving at 6 in the morning. They already canceled my reservation and had no other rooms available. Terrible

Clean room with wifi
I booked this room because they advertised online about having an airport shuttle bus. Despite calling and emailing the hotel prior to our flight and receiving confrontation about their shuttle service, upon landing in cancun there was no bus. One very expensive taxi later, I asked at the reception, to be told there was no bus service. Do not advertise services online that you do not provide.

Great little hotel for an affordable place to stay in Cancun! Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, internet good, nice hot showers. Just a short bus ride away to nearby beaches! Walking distance to food shops. Has everything you need for a few nights stay

One star just because I have booked the place through booking.com one hour in advance and once I have arrived there informed me that there is no room after all and the problem comes from booking.
And they haven't even sent me email so I don't have to go all the way there.
For me is not acceptable.
