Beautiful little hotel in the downtown district. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, air conditioned rooms with lots of little nearby shops and bars. The busy little market down the street comes alive at night. The hotel and area are safe and convenient for anyone who wants to access local tours or simply jump the Red Bus to the beaches (they leave every couple of minutes). Perfect for anyone on a budget looking to see the cultural side of Cancun.

The Hotel is okay and good for the price (I paid about US$23). The rooms are simple but clean and there was a big bed in the room. There is no food and no drinks in the Hotel and I also didn't have hot water, which is okay since it is hot outside. There is air conditioning in the room.
There is a lot of party going on in the streets around so if you are looking for a quiet place, this may be not your first choice.
The staff was friendly and they helped me print my documents at the reception.

This is the worst place in the world. The staff is extremely rude. They act in openly racist ways - and they lie to the customers; online as well as in during calls.

The hotel placed my wife in grave danger and did not care at all.

Don't trust anything their website or booking profile says. They promise a lot of service they don't have - and when you call to question them on this (if you are lucky enough to get through) nobody wants to speak to you or explain anything.

They all pretend it doesn't have anything to do with them personally.

Worst hotel I have ever had the poor fortune of running into.

You get what you pay for.
The room has no window. The "window" is towards the floor, which always requires the blinds closes as otherwise everyone can watch you. The wifi works at the staircase, but not in your room. In 5 nights the maid came two times in when I was under the shower and on the toilet. For two days it wasn't cleaned. It would help to have the usual door card for "clean" and "sleep".
The air conditioning either doesn't work or I have been unable to use it.
Also the bath smells moldy and the ventilators have mold on it as well.
It's cheap and central.

edit: turns out they double charged me as well as they took the money via Booking and asked me to pay there as well. I would not recommend to stay there.

I do not recommend this accommodation.
They did not treat us fairly.
Although we notify them about our late arrival, and they confirmed it that it is no problem for them when we arrived to the hotel our rooms were cancelled, and they were not cooperative at all in finding a solution.
All they said was that our reservation was cancelled by Booking, but this was not the case because the hotel cancelled it.

So the best thing I and my friends like was the cleanness of the hotel and the rooms. The hotel was very clean and neat and everyday maid comes to clean our rooms. It was near to lot of places and restaurants so you can have good lunch and dinner.

Disliked · I didn’t like the staff of the hotel they were very dead and were not helpful except one guy with the tattoos. He was quiet good and helped a lot. But over all the hotel staffs were not good. No one new English and it was very hard to explain then in Spanish. There was no laundry in the hotel for laundry you have to give your clothes to reception and they will charge too much for laundry. For breakfast you have go to other restaurant which is few minutes walking but the food was not good it was just okay. There was once issue with the water as there was no water in the hotel and the staff didn’t bother to bring one. The pool was small but it was clean and nice. The staff were careless and not enthusiastic. WiFi was also not really good if was very slow. I recommend if anyone is coming for long stay then is the not the good hotel I lived for 15 days and was not quiet happy. If you are coming for small stay then you can stay.

Room was so damp, sheets felt wet. AC didn't work properly and fan coukd not be controlled ran so fast felt like I was in a wind tunnel. The cushions on the swimming pool lounge chairs were ripped and filled with mold. The small fountain in the courtyard was filthy....don't think it's ever cleaned out. Would never return
