Positive: Great location! The mall is huge with tons of stores. Giant grocery store in there too. Staff was friendly and actually allowed us to check in early. Showers had great water pressure. Nice pool u0026 jacuzzi, gym equipment was old but good enough. AC in room Negative: No ice, no fridge, no microwave, no washcloths (we didn't request any though), wifi was kind of slow but free so can you really complain, shower drained slowly, lobby and halls were hot, tv channels were all in Spanish but we made it work

Pros: Great location! The mall is huge with tons of stores and restaurants. Giant grocery store inside the mall too. Be prepared it's not like a resort, no one really spoke English. Staff was very friendly and actually allowed us to check in early. Showers had great water pressure. Nice pool u0026 jacuzzi, gym equipment was old but good enough. AC in room worked great!
Cons: No ice, no fridge, no microwave, no washcloths (we didn't request any though), wifi was kind of slow but free so whatevs, shower drained slowly, lobby and halls were very warm, tv channels were all in Spanish but we made it work (can you really complain about tv in another country? lol)
Overall I'd totally stay here again. Next time I'll be brushed up on my Spanish a little more lol

Positive: Las limpiadoras de habitaciones muy amables y atentas. La localización muy buena con el centro comercial cerca y buena comunicación. Negative: No habÃu00ada un mini bar donde pudiéramos meter algunas bebidas para enfriar o coger bebidas frÃu00adas.No habÃu00ada una ventana para abrir para que haya ventilación y frescor. La comida del hotel no era nada buena. Quedamos muy decepcionados del desayu

After a long and exhausted day, I just wanted a place to sleep for a night and I booked a room via Booking at this hotel. Everything looked to be fine with the booking so I took a taxi and went to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel reception, I had a big surprise that they didn’t had anymore rooms .. So why they we re rooms available on Booking ?! The personal was very unfriendly and the women from the reception barely knew 2 words in english (get another job women btw). So I stayed in the lobby till morning, the manager told me that I can have a free breakfast for this situation, but after he left the guys from the breakfast asked me to pay. So, avoid this hotel! :)
LE : At least show some respect and respond in english next time ;)

For a one night stay on your way to the airport this is a good option. Nice room, king sized bed, efficient check in. Location is not in the main hotel area but a couple of blocks away there is a local bus you can take which is also worth the experience!

A windowless room in the basement with dirty sheets, very unfortunate cause the hotel has got a lot of other things going for it.
Not what I would expect of 4 stars and that pricing.

This was my second time staying here. Nice and clean and friendly personnel. The area is great cause it’s right above a big shopping mall where you can get any food upstairs. You can shop and there’s a huge supermarket.
I was not a huge fan of the food but I love this hotel.
