Great clean place with lots of space in the room! We didn't mind being far from central as it allows you to experience true Cancun culture, but it may seem far for other people. However the host helped us navigate the buses which run right by the hotel. A grocery store is next to the hotel, and local restaurants are just around the corner. We highly recommend!

If the location of stay is not important to you ,this is your place. Clean beds and linins a full apartment in a clean secure building. You get to see and live like a local , cheap eats convience store huge supermarket and a pharmacie all in walking distants.ADO bus station a quick bus 9.50 pes or a cab 50.00pes ride away. This place is worth a visit do not be turtned off by location , its a place of calm in a bit of of madness.

Owners caused me to pay first night even though I didn't stay in the hotel. I was late for 30 minutes to checking time which was ending 11 pm. I called the owners at 10.30 and told them I was going to be late for 30 minutes and they refused to wait. Since I had a reservation I paid for first night!

Very clean and friendly staff. Wonderful amenities but far from the center of town. Quiet neighborhood.
