Fake company! Avoid at all costs! My travel agent booked a tour for me to Chichen Itza. The day before the trip both the hotel and I tried to call them 3 times. No answer. The next morning I waited 2 hours for them to pick me up. Nobody showed up. The hotel and I called this company at least seven times, no answer. This company is a fake! They just take your money and then leave you!

I would give you 0 stars if possible!!
This is the worst company ever!!!!!! Don't book it! We booked a tour and they told us to be there at 7.55. We were there on time. What did the driver do? He was there 15 mins too early and left at 7.45. I mean?!!!! He could have told the hotel staff to call us in the hotel room if he was so early. This is absolutely a no go! We are really disapponted because of this company we could'nt see Chichen Itza. And don't dare to charge us anything. Thank you for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mein Mann und ich können leider keinen Stern vergeben. Uns wurde ein Ausflug verkauft, welcher uns beim Buchen ganz anders dargestellt wurde, auch im Informationsordner in der Lobby unseres Hotels war nichts über den tatsächlichen Verlauf des Ausflugs zu lesen.
Haben uns per Email dazu bei der genannten Agentur geäußert, es erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion!
