Seafood place, uptown. I've visited this restaurant three or so times.
The flavour's great; the portions are generous and the prices are inexpensive.
I personally recommend the Tumbada style rice. Dunno where this people buy their butter, but frying the rice in butter really makes a difference.
I do not love the environment and generally hate "banda" music, but the food is absolutely excellent.
