I love the carter's store in this outlet. They always have a great sale in cute well made clothes. The staff is super awesome.

Obviously the drop in business due to Covid has hit them hard. A lot of closed stores, and many of the ones that are open have skeleton crews that aren't very interested in serving their customers.
